Developed in partnership with the Ashton Climate Change Charity, this is our proposed entry for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2027. The design presents a powerful metaphor for our modern condition. The outer world is depicted as a stark, challenging landscape—a reference to the ecological 'game' we are at risk of losing. Visitors must engage in a conscious journey through an interactive, high-tech path, representing the choices we must make to move towards a better future. The destination of this journey is not an escape, but a prototype for a better reality: a protected, biophilic sanctuary. Inside this modern paradise, lush planting and the restorative sound of water create a space engineered for human well-being—a 'Garden Locus' that demonstrates how we can create pockets of restoration and hope. This project also serves as a potential PhD case study in neuro-environmental design.
